Day 1 Istanbul – Lake Como – Milan
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines (THY) Check-in Counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Milan on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 09:05. Arrival in Milan at 09:55. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we head towards Lake Como. We reach the natural wonder of Lake Como at the Swiss border. Known by some as paradise itself with its beauty, tranquility, and infinity where blue meets green, we are given free time by the shores of Lake Como. Guests who wish can enjoy the view while sipping their coffee, while others can go for walks and explore. After finishing our tour, we head back to Milan. After a short journey, we arrive in Milan, recognized as the capital of Fashion, Culture, and Industry, and begin our Milan City Tour. As an industrial and fashion city, Milan also stands out with its cuisine, opera, and churches. During our Milan City Tour; walking along the city's stylish streets, we arrive at the famous Duomo Square. In the square, we see the Duomo Cathedral, one of Italy's most important and architecturally magnificent works. We conclude our visit to Milan with a visit to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping arcade. Overnight at our hotel in Milan.

Day 2 Milan – Lake Garda – Sirmione Town – Venice
After breakfast, we set off for another natural wonder, Lake Garda. Lake Garda is one of the largest lakes in Italy by area. At the entrance of Sirmione Town, the "Pearl" of Lake Garda, you are greeted by the Scaligero Castle, dating back to the 13th century. A fairytale journey awaits you in Sirmione, a tranquil medieval town with buildings covered in bougainvillea flowers and streets preserving its historical Italian architecture. The waters of Lake Garda possess the most beautiful shades of emerald green and blue. We enjoy the view by walking around the lake. Afterwards, we head to Venice. Arriving in Venice, known as the City of Canals and a very important brand in global tourism, we proceed to the historic St. Mark's Square via vaporettos for our city tour. Among the places to be seen with our guide are the Square and St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Grand Canal, and the Rialto Bridge. Guests who wish (Extra optional activity) can join the Gondola Tour. After the tour ends, we are given free time, and afterwards, we take our seats on the bus at the time specified by our guide and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Venice or its surroundings.

After breakfast, we head to Bologna. Our journey continues towards Bologna, another city where you will feast your eyes on Italian breezes and landscapes. Upon arrival in Bologna, we embark on our Bologna City Tour. Bologna will captivate you with its history and streets. Among the places to be seen are the centrally located Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), Neptune Fountain, the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe's First University Building, Quadrilatero (Old Market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After completing our panoramic city tour, we head to the Outlet. At the Outlet, where you can find the world's most famous brands at a single shopping point, you can find hundreds of options together for yourself, your family, and your loved ones. After a break for shopping, resting, and snacking, we head to Pisa. Upon arrival, during the Pisa Sightseeing Tour, we see the structure famous for its leaning tower, considered one of the most important historical monuments in the world, built in the 12th century when it held trade supremacy in the Western Mediterranean. During the panoramic tour, among the places to be visited are the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and the Miracoli Square. After the city tour, we are given pleasant free time to explore the city center up close and go shopping. Afterwards, we head to Siena, a medieval city and an important point in the Tuscany region. Among the places to be seen after our arrival are the narrow streets left over from the Middle Ages, small narrow alleys, and the famous Campo Square, accepted as the largest square in Europe. Among the places to be seen are the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city during the imperial era; the Trevi Fountain, believed according to legend that those who throw coins into it will return to Rome; Trajan's Forum; Circus Maximus Racecourse; Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the people; the Vittoriano Victory Monument; and the Spanish Steps {Piazza di Spagna}. - To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because they coincide with days and times when local authorities prohibit visiting or entering other tours specified in the program, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing them on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because they coincide with days and times when local authorities prohibit visiting or entering other tours specified in the program, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing them on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle types listed below are determined according to the number of participants in each tour.

- All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the terms specified above.
