2. Prices and Availability
Prices, availability, itineraries and images on the website are for information purposes and may change based on updates from suppliers. Your booking is final once the confirmation is sent to you. If a price is published with an obvious error due to a technical problem, the Agency may notify you and either correct the booking or cancel it and refund your payment.
3. Bookings and Payments
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking is accurate, complete and up to date. When booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorized to share their information. Payment terms and due dates are stated on the product page and in the booking confirmation; bookings that are not paid on time may be cancelled.
4. Rules of Use
When using the website, you must:
- Use the website lawfully and in line with public morality
- Not act on behalf of others without permission or provide false information
- Not use software, bots or automated data collection tools that disrupt the website
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the website, its servers or other users' accounts

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may be brought before consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and disputes above those limits may be brought before consumer courts after mediation.
