This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, make a booking or contact us through any channel, for which purposes and on which legal grounds we process it, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Your personal data is processed by the travel agency operating this website (the “Agency”) in its capacity as data controller. The Agency's trade name, address and contact details are available on the Contact page of our website.

Depending on the service you purchase, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity data: name, surname, date of birth, gender, nationality, national ID number and passport details

• Booking data: products and services purchased, travel dates, participants, accommodation, transport and transfer preferences, and special requests
• Financial data: payment amount and method, billing details and refund records
• Visa data: information and documents required for your application if you use our visa service
• Customer transaction data: your requests, complaints and reviews, and your correspondence with us
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, and website usage logs
• Marketing data: your communication preferences and campaign interactions, if you have given consent

If you tell us about special needs such as dietary requirements, reduced mobility or health conditions, this information is processed solely to provide the service in a way that suits you and in accordance with the conditions that Article 6 of the KVKK sets for special categories of personal data.

• Providing tour, accommodation, transport, transfer, insurance and visa services through the relevant suppliers
• Handling payment, invoicing and refund processes
• Sending operational information about your trip, such as meeting times, flight changes and vouchers
• Resolving your requests and complaints, and measuring service quality
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to information requests from competent authorities
• Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse and fraud
• Informing you about campaigns and offers, if you have given consent

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK: where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, necessary to fulfil our legal obligations, necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, or necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Activities such as sending commercial electronic messages and using non-essential cookies are carried out only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients, limited to the purposes above and to the extent the service requires:

• Tour operators, hotels and other accommodation providers, and airline, cruise, transfer and other transport companies
• Insurance companies, consulates and visa application centers
• Banks and payment institutions
• Business partners that provide our booking infrastructure, hosting and communication services
• Competent public authorities, upon request

For services delivered abroad (for example, a hotel booking or visa application in another country), the personal data needed to deliver the service may be transferred to recipients abroad in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. How We Collect Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through our website, phone, email, instant messaging apps, our office and our authorized sales channels. If you book on behalf of other participants, please inform them about this policy before sharing their details with us.

7. Cookies

In addition to cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work, our website may use cookies that remember your preferences, measure visit statistics and help show you relevant content and advertising. 8. Retention Period

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful processing of and unauthorized access to your personal data. Card payments are processed through the payment infrastructure of a bank or a licensed payment institution.

10. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

11. How to Apply

You can send your requests, together with information that identifies you, in writing, via registered electronic mail (KEP) or secure electronic signature, or from the email address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system, to the addresses on our Contact page. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

This policy may be updated in line with changes in legislation and in our services. The current version is always published on this page.
