Child discounts apply only to one child per two adults, within the specified age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the local country's breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated exclusively for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are general introductory tours of cities, lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with commentary by the guide. These tours do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these panoramic tours, including those mentioned in the program, if they cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the corresponding day and time, due to closures caused by any event, closed roads, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not permitted due to road closures or access restrictions.
- At customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel, waiting times may exceed standard limits. Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner based on a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who wish not to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
