Day 1 Ankara – Belgrade – Skopje

Meeting in front of the Anadolu Jet counter at the International Departures Terminal of Ankara Esenboğa Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures; we depart for Belgrade on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF507 at [time]. Upon arrival, without wasting time; after a break given on the road, we head to Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Dinner: To be taken at a facility on the road and is extra.

Day 2 Skopje - Kosovo (Pristina- Prizren-Sultan Murad Mausoleum) - Skopje

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour in Skopje. In our panoramic tour introducing Skopje, the city where Yahya Kemal Beyatlı was born; Old Train Station, Monument and House of Charity Worker Mother Teresa, Stone Bridge, Fortress Walls, Old City from the Ottoman period, Bazaar, and Ottoman architectural heritage in the Balkans including Mustafa Pasha, Sultan Murad, and Gazi Isa Bey Mosques, Davud Pasha Hamam, Kapan, Sulu, and Kurşunlu Inns are among the places to visit. Afterwards, we move towards Kosovo, one of the youngest states in the world, where the majority of the population consists of Muslim Albanians. We will spend an emotional day in these old Ottoman lands where a human tragedy occurred very recently. After our customs procedures, we will go from Pristina to Prizren.. Before starting our tour of Prizren, one of perhaps the most charming cities in the Balkans, we will have free time for lunch. During our tour in Prizren, the Turkish Bath dating back to the 17th century, Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, Prizren Fortress, Orthodox Church, Christ Saviour Church are among the places to visit. After the end of the tour, we will move towards the Sultan Murad Mausoleum, the oldest Ottoman structure in the Balkans. After a short free time break at this point which hosted one of the most important battles in Balkan history, we head to Skopje.. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Skopje- Matka Canyon – Kalkandelen-Bitola-Resne-Ohrid

After breakfast at our hotel, we move towards Matka Canyon, known for its unique beauty. After our visit to Matka Canyon, we head to the city known as Kalkandelen by us and Tetova by the Macedonians. In this city, the 3rd largest in North Macedonia, whose population consists of Muslim Albanians, after seeing the magnificent work known as Alaca Mosque with its different architectural style, we arrive at Manastır (Bitola) city via Mavrovo mountain. During our visit; we visit the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Mosque, New Mosque, Haydar Kadı Mosque, and the Military High School where Atatürk graduated and the Atatürk Museum, which will be the most emotional moments of our trip. After our visit, continuing with a short journey, we reach Resne where we see the Palace of Niyazi of Resne, one of the three most famous figures of Ittihad and Terakki and who became famous due to his benefits in the Turkish-Greek war, and continue our journey towards Ohrid. After our arrival, during the tour we will do together in Ohrid, named after Lake Ohrid, one of the largest lakes in the Balkans; Halveti Tekke existing since the 17th century, the Plane tree symbolizing Ohrid, Turkish Bazaar, Ali Pasha Mosque reopened for worship after long restoration works, Ohrid Port, Quarantine Church, Turkish and Horasan houses making you feel like you are on a film set, Abbaras, Ancient Egnatia Road, Keraklea Lynketis, Clock Tower, St. Dimitri Church, Hagia Sophia Church, St. Clement Monastery, St. Kaneo Church, St. Pantelejmon Church, Samoil Fortress are among the places to be seen panoramically.After our tour, we leave free time for shopping in Ohrid bazaar. (Incikilik; Incikilik has been one of the important traditions of the city throughout Ohrid's history. During free time, you will have the chance to examine all production stages and shop.) Day 4 Ohrid – Sveti Naum –Tiran-Shkodra

After morning breakfast, in our tour, first we arrive at St. Naum with a journey of approximately 45 minutes amidst magnificent views. We visit the source where Lake Ohrid originates. The exquisite view here is almost breathtaking. Afterwards, we move towards Tirana, the capital of Albania. We will conduct a panoramic tour introducing this beautiful city, which remained between wars throughout the 20th century, lived through Enver Hoxha's dictatorship regime for 40 years, is the mountainous country of the Balkans, was developed by Süleyman Pasha in 1614, and became the capital of Albania in 1920. Some of the places we will see during our tour include Ethem Bey Mosque, Historical Clock Tower, National Museum, Opera and Ballet Building, Parliament and Prime Minister's Buildings, Presidential Mansion, Mother Teresa Statue, and Skanderbeg Square. After our Tirana tour, free time. Afterwards, we move towards Shkodra, where we will stay overnight. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 Shkodra–Sveti Stefan- Budva –Kotor –Trebinje

After breakfast at our hotel, we cross over to Montenegro, one of the youngest states in the world. Our first stop is the viewing terrace where we can take photos of Sveti Stefan island from above. After a break where we can see St Stefan and Budva panoramically from above, having nationalized an island that was once a fishermen's settlement and later sold to a Singaporean multimillionaire, and now being brought to tourism with restoration works, we pass through Budva panoramically and move towards Kotor, the most touristy and lively spot of the country. Kotor, which is in the status of an important historical and natural paradise and a tourist attraction center... During our walking tour in StariGrad (Old Town-Castle), many important points such as Clock Tower, the longest balcony in the Balkans, Pima family house, Church Square, Arsenal Square are among the places to visit. After our Kotor tour, we move towards Trebinje city, where we will stay overnight and which is within the borders of Bosnia-Herzegovina, amidst magnificent views. Overnight at our hotel

Day 6 Trebinje- Blagaj- Mostar- Konjic-Sarajevo

After breakfast taken at our hotel in the morning, leaving our rooms empty, we separate from our hotel with our special buses and move towards Blagaj. After our tour and free time here, we move towards Mostar. Upon arrival in Mostar, in our walking city tour, first we see Mostar Bridge. (The bridge built by architect Hayreddin in 1557 is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture.) The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but it was reopened to service in 2004 with the significant contribution of the Republic of Turkey. We see Koska Mehmet Pasha Mosque. After the free time we give, we start our journey to Sarajevo. Our journey to Sarajevo will take approximately 2.5 hours with breaks at some stops. We take our first break in Konjic (Konyitz) city to see the famous Konjic (Konyitz) bridge, restored by Turkey from the Ottoman era until today, and to enjoy coffee by the Neretva river bank. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel in the capital city Sarajevo and settle in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7 Sarajevo– Belgrade

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour. We take a walk in Başçarşı, Europe's most exclusive bazaar. We visit Kurşunlu Medrese, which has been operating since the Ottoman period. Afterwards, we visit Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman. Continuing our tour, we see the Clock Tower, Catholic Cathedral in Sarajevo, Orthodox Churches, and Jewish Synagogue. Afterwards, after visiting Latin Bridge where World War I started, we pass through the gate where Fatih Sultan Mehmet entered the city and drink water from the Ottoman Fountain. Finally, after visiting Fatih Mosque attributed to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han, we move towards Belgrade. After our arrival, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

During our panoramic Belgrade city tour, Republic Square, Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha Mausoleum, Zindan Kapı, Leopoldov Kapı, Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, Stefan Lazerevic Monument, Nebojsa Tower, Saborna Church, Republic Square, Terazije Square, Tašmajdan Park, Sava Church are among the places to visit. After the end of our tour, free time. We meet at the departure time determined by our guide and transfer to Nikola Tesla Airport. ## General Information

- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.

- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.

- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg

- Guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions during the tour.

- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work leave certificates, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.

- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.

- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, due to any event causing closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads.

- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.

- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.

- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.

- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.

- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.

- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.

- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of persons. For each tour, the vehicle type below is determined according to the number of participants:
